Return & Refund Policy

At Solace Raga, we want you to be happy with your purchase. If you receive a product that is damaged, defective, incorrect, or otherwise eligible under this policy, you may request a return, replacement, or refund subject to the terms below.

1. Return Eligibility

Products may be eligible for return when:

• The product received is damaged or defective.

• The wrong product, size, colour, or variant was delivered.

• The product received does not match the product ordered.

• The product qualifies for return under the applicable product-specific return conditions.

The product must generally be returned in unused and resalable condition, with its original packaging, labels, tags, accessories, and other included materials intact.

Products that have been worn, washed, altered, damaged after delivery, or returned without original tags or packaging may not be accepted.

2. Return Request Period

Return requests must be submitted within 7 days of delivery of the order.

Requests submitted after the applicable return period may not be accepted.

To process a return request for a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, we may require clear photographs, videos, order details, and other information necessary to verify the issue.

3. Non-Returnable Products

Certain products may not be eligible for return or exchange due to their nature, hygiene considerations, customisation, or other applicable restrictions.

Non-returnable products may include:

• Products marked as non-returnable on the product page

• Customised or personalised products

• Products damaged after delivery due to improper use

• Products that have been washed, altered, or worn

• Products returned without original tags or packaging

• Products purchased during certain clearance or final-sale promotions, where specifically stated

4. Product Condition for Returns

To be eligible for a return, the product should:

• Be unused and unworn

• Not have been washed or altered

• Have all original tags attached

• Be returned in the original packaging wherever applicable

• Include accessories or items originally supplied with the product

• Not show signs of damage, stains, odour, or misuse

Solace Raga reserves the right to inspect returned products before approving a return, replacement, or refund.

5. Wrong, Damaged, or Defective Products

If you receive a wrong, damaged, or defective product, please contact us through the support channel provided on our website within 7 days of delivery.

For damaged or defective products, customers may be required to provide photographs or videos clearly showing the issue.

After verification, we may provide:

• A replacement product, subject to availability; or

• A refund where a replacement is unavailable or otherwise appropriate.

6. Exchange

Where exchange is available, an eligible product may be exchanged for another size or variant subject to stock availability.

Exchange requests must satisfy the return eligibility conditions described in this policy.

A difference in product price, where applicable, may need to be paid or refunded depending on the replacement product.

7. Return Shipping

For products returned because of a wrong, damaged, or defective delivery, Solace Raga may arrange or reimburse eligible return shipping, subject to verification.

For returns requested for other permitted reasons, return shipping charges may be deducted from the refund or may be the customer’s responsibility, depending on the applicable return terms.

8. Refunds

Once a returned product has been received and inspected, we will determine whether the return qualifies for a refund.

Approved refunds may be processed to the original payment method used for the purchase, unless otherwise required or agreed.

Depending on the payment provider or banking institution, the time taken for the refunded amount to appear in your account may vary.

9. Refund Processing

After the return is approved, refunds will generally be initiated within 5–7 business days.

The actual credit time may depend on your bank, card issuer, UPI provider, payment gateway, or other financial institution.

Shipping charges, convenience fees, payment processing charges, or other non-refundable charges, where applicable, may not be refunded unless required by law or where the return is due to an error attributable to Solace Raga.

10. Cancellation of Orders

Orders may be cancelled before they are processed or shipped, subject to the status of the order.

Once an order has been shipped, cancellation may no longer be possible and the customer may need to follow the applicable return process.

Any refund for an approved cancellation will be processed through the original payment method, subject to applicable deductions and payment-provider processing times.

11. Return Inspection

All returned products are subject to inspection.

If the returned product does not meet the conditions of this policy, Solace Raga may reject the return and may return the product to the customer.

Products showing signs of use, washing, alteration, damage, or missing tags may be considered ineligible.

12. Promotional and Discounted Products

Products purchased under promotional offers, discounts, bundles, or special campaigns may be subject to additional return or exchange conditions.

The specific conditions applicable to such products will be communicated on the relevant product page, offer page, or order terms.

13. Refund for Undelivered or Failed Orders

If an order cannot be delivered because of circumstances attributable to the courier or Solace Raga, and the order is subsequently cancelled or returned to origin, the applicable refund will be processed after the order status has been verified.

Additional charges may apply where an order could not be delivered because incorrect or incomplete delivery information was provided by the customer.

14. Changes to This Policy

Solace Raga may update this Return & Refund Policy from time to time to reflect changes in our products, services, business practices, or applicable laws.

The updated version will be published on this page with the revised Last Updated date.
